Return & Refund Policy

Overview

At Shopping Fun Magazine, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a return and refund window of 30 days from the date you receive your order. If more than 30 days have passed, we regret that we may not be able to process a refund or replacement.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact. Products that show signs of use or are returned without valid order details may not be eligible.

Certain items are excluded from returns due to safety, hygiene, or product nature considerations.

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift vouchers or store credits
  • Digital or downloadable products
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Opened or used personal care and hygiene products
  • Items with a limited shelf life or perishable goods

To initiate a return, a valid order ID or proof of purchase is required. Please wait for return authorization from our support team before sending any item back.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Returns requested outside the standard return period.
  • Items returned in used, altered, or incomplete condition.
  • Products returned with missing components or accessories.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified by email regarding the status of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days, subject to bank processing times.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not been credited yet, please try the following:

  • Check your bank statement or payment account.
  • Contact your card issuer, as posting times may vary.
  • Reach out to your bank for further clarification.

Sale Items

Items purchased at a discounted price or during promotional sales are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may apply if the product is delivered damaged or faulty.

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered only for items that arrive damaged or defective. To request an exchange, please email support@shoppingfunmagazine.com with your order number and supporting images. Approved exchanges will be processed once the item is returned.

Gifts

If an order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, an eligible return will be issued as store credit equal to the item value. Once the return is approved, a digital gift credit will be emailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the original buyer, any approved refund will be issued to the purchaser’s original payment method.

Shipping Returns

After return approval, our support team will share the return address and instructions. Please contact support@shoppingfunmagazine.com to initiate the process.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to an error on our part. Shipping fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

Delivery timelines for exchanged items may vary based on location. For high-value returns, we recommend using insured and trackable shipping methods, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
